Terms and conditions of the PAZ PSS – Parametric System Specialist Title
PAZ believes on individual training to give the best learning experience and highest knowledge for you.
We need rules to keep our PAZ platform and services safe for you and for our other students. The following terms apply to all your activities on our PAZ Platform and other related services : D
To perfectly enjoy this course, you must agree our following points:
- Registration and user account
You need an account for all the activities on our platform. You must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account.
Keep your password safe because you are responsible for all activity associated with your account. Your account is personal and only can used by you. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting our PAZ Team. You may not share your account login credentials with anyone else. In the event of any strange movements or if any portion of this Terms & Conditions is not maintained, your account will be closed. You can log-in from maximum three different IP addresses. If we discover any suspicious movement on you account, we can freeze it and close it.
- Course Enrolment and Access
After your payment PAZ is providing you to access and view the courses and associated contents (level by level, after each solved and unlocked levels), solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not download, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, transfer, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share (not even in office-internal), lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any material, files unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich GmbH owner. This applies to all content.
- Course Rules
The PAZ courses they have a high personalization level. Our professors do their best to answer you as soon as possible, but depending on your timetable, geographical location, and time zone it can be different. Our professors are located now in the CET Time-zone with working hours from Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm CET.
The course is using similar strategy and concept as the video-games. You must solve stages after stages, and after every finished levels you open the next level. After every stage you have a small challenge to solve and reach a minimum of points. You better you solve them, the higher points you get. To pass to the next level, you have to solve the challenges and must collect min 70% of the points. After each solved level, your professional files will be unlocked adding to your personal PAZ Library. Without solving the challenges and reaching new levels, you do not have access to the files and other contents.
The PSS system, timing and material is made for your best learning curve and results, for this reason you have to respect the decisions of the professors.
All the players start with 3 lives. For 1.5 week inactivity you lose one life, what you can gain back if you work hard and solve the challenges : D The provided PAZ service and time is 1 Month, which is the maximum time spent to finish the course. Because of the mentioned learning curve the minimum time to finish the PSS Title is 1 month. If you lose your lifes or you do not finish the PSS Title in 1 month, your “GAME is OVER”. It means that your personal page and all contents will be blocked until you get in touch with PAZ Team to discuss the possibilities : )
- GAME OVERS
In this case you have the opportunity to buy GAME OVER – LIVES or GAME OVER – TIME : ) For further information please contact PAZ Team : )
- Communication
During your 1 month the PAZ Crew is doing their best, waiting for your amazing games, questions, doubts to help you as much as possible to reach your goal and learn the most about Parametric Design. We are really passionate and engaged about you and your process, dedicating a lot of time and hours to give you the best service during your Title. For respect for our time and effort is really important for PAZ, that you communicate with us. If you have problems, peak of work or any reason, please let us know to able to help you. We highly dedicated these 1 month for you. If you do not tell and share with us, we cannot find the best solution for both and you will lose your time and life. If we do not listen anything from you during 1 month, you get a GAME OVER. In this case please read paragraph GAME OVER.
- Payments, Credits
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid and authorized payment method. If your payment method fails we close your account and delete your access to our platform.
- Content and Behaviour Rules
You can only use PAZ Academy Platform for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all the content that you posted on our platform. Please take care of the law and common human sense and the intellectual property rights of others.
You may not access or use our platform or create an account for unlawful purposes.
In the chat room you are not allowed to ask inappropriate questions from our professors, insult and hurt them in any way. All spamming, advertising is forbidden. Self-promotion of any kind or any degree is forbidden on the platform and will be deleted.
The students are not allowed to push, force the professors in any way (for points, opening new levels, not losing lives, etc) .
No comments and chat are to be accepted about age, sex, sexual orientation, political, social and / or religious beliefs. In all cases, post, comments must comply with the Platform Rules. If the post fails to comply, administrators have the right directly to delete the post or proceed delete your account.

All right, title, and interest in and to the PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich GmbH Platform and Services, including our website, databases and the content of our professors are the exclusive property of PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich GmbH. Our platforms and services are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing gives you the right to use our name or any other brand features and contents : D
PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich GmbH can use your feedbacks, your comments and your collaboration by naming, sharing on our social media and other purposes, and have the right to decide in every moment to continue or not with the students in the PSS Title.
You cannot do any of the following while accessing or using the PAZ platform and services:
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform, PAZ Academy’s computer systems or the technical delivery systems of PAZ’s service providers.
- Disable, interfere with, or try to circumvent any of the features of the platforms related to security or probe, scan any of our systems
- Copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of our content on the platform or services
- You may not scrape, spider, use a robot, or use other automated means of any kind to access the Services.
- sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services, or in any other manner interfering with or creating an undue burden on the Services
- copy any code, template or structure of the platform
- Enjoy our PAZ Platform
